Our clients are Swedish and foreign insurers. We assist in all types of insurance law issues. We represent insurers in litigation in ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings. We also assist insurers in developing new insurance policies, provide advice concerning interpretation of terms and represent insurers in regulatory matters including contacts with e.g. Finansinspektionen, the Swedish authority that monitors and supervises companies in the insurance market. Our department has an extensive experience of working as in-house counsels at insurance companies and as external counsels.
