We work primarily in these areas:
E.g. corporate governance, financial services law and antitrust/competition law.
Our clients are Swedish and foreign insurers. We assist in all types of insurance law issues. We represent insurers in litigation in ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings. We also assist insurers in developing new insurance policies, provide advice concerning interpretation of terms and represent insurers in regulatory matters including contacts with e.g. Finansinspektionen, the Swedish authority that monitors and supervises companies in the insurance market. Our department has an extensive experience of working as in-house counsels at insurance companies and as external counsels. Holland’s strength lies in understanding the insurance industry’s conditions and terms.
E.g. litigation in general courts, administrative courts, special courts and processes at authorities and councils in the areas we operate.
E.g. litigation and preventive measures such as review of tenders and calls for tenders/questionnaires.
